How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately. Please keep the original packaging for inspection purposes.

  • Local Pickup - Free - Pick up from our store in Nairobi
  • Nairobi CBD - Free - Delivery within the Central Business District
  • Up to 5 km from store - KSh 300
  • Up to 10 km from store - KSh 500
  • Up to 20 km from store - KSh 700

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Nairobi: 1-2 business days
  • Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado: 2-3 business days
  • Other major towns: 3-5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5-7 business days
