We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1 Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur.

2.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee that any product will be in stock at the time of your order. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

3.2 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order using our accepted payment methods. We accept M-Pesa, Cash on Delivery, Pay at Store, and Bank Transfer. For M-Pesa payments, you will receive an STK Push to complete the transaction.

3.3 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn't been processed for shipping. Contact our customer support immediately with your order number to cancel.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Kenya. Delivery times and costs vary by location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any damage or issues within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
• You must provide proof of purchase
• The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened software or digital products
• Personalized or customized items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items not in original packaging

5.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
